I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the Centro de Interpretacion 'Los Universos de Cervantes' and only a short walk to Plaza de Cervantes, making it super easy to explore the vibrant streets and beautiful parks of Alcala de Henares, and I also appreciated the spacious room with stunning views of the hotel’s own Japanese gardens.

the parador is in a great location, just a short walk to the buzzing old town. the staff were friendly and checked us in quickly, making the experience smooth. we also loved the beautiful spa area, which is truly fantastic for relaxation.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and felt more like a suite, with great furnishings and a modern bathroom. The unique lighting options were nice, but took some time to figure out. Super comfy bedding, which was a huge plus for a good night's sleep. It had all the amenities, making it perfect for relaxation.
